i have had a few dreams lately that i am pregnant...i had one last night and woke up and had my hand on my belly what could this mean....i have been thinking about babies alot like i want one but could the dream be real

  3. it could just be your subconscious because you are thinking about it so much while you are awake. sometimes we dream about things at night because it's a way for us to "work things out" in a more relaxed state.
