The Argentine international has expressed his joy in wake of signing a contract extension with Los Blancos, stating that he would want to end his career at the Bernabeu.

After spending two seasons at the Spanish capital-based outfit, Di Maria has managed to become one of the most important players in the squad.
Given his skills on the ball and his ability to find the back of the net from uncalled for situations, it is easy to understand that the youngster is included in Jose Mourinho’s plans for the future.

"I'm over the moon about signing an extension. It’s an enormous satisfaction that the club has placed its trust in me and agreed to renew my contract until then. Knowing that I'm going to be playing for Madrid until I'm 29 or 30 is a weight off my shoulders.
It means I can relax and concentrate on my football and keep improving. It would be fantastic if I could end my career in Real Madrid. I have the stability I need in a club where I feel appreciated."
Real Madrid recently suffered a 3-2 loss in the away leg of the Supercopa de Espana and Di Maria was on target late into the game.
