  1. Do you mean your new tat is fading or you want to fade your new tattoo because colors are brighter than you expected??

    Depending on colors used and after care, some tats will fade out. Fresh ink is always darker, brighter than when it heals since tattooing is basically causing a wound that needs to heal and the ink is above the surface, that's what will flake off during the healing process.

    If your tat is bolder than you expected once it healed, well, you are stuck with it or you can laser it off (expensive and painful), or you can cover it up with something else but that will be larger and darker.
