The right-handed batsman decided to call it a day on the shorter formats of the International game last month. The 31-year-old has been England’s best batsman over the years in all the three formats and made an immediate impact on the game since making his

there is. I play the IPL and I've the Champions League in October.”
The legendary cricketer is of the opinion that England plays more cricket than any other country and this led to his retirement from limited-overs sport.
"It is a shame, but that is schedules we have. If I played for another country where you had months and months occasionally to rest and recuperate, or if I had the opportunities to be rested things might be different,” Pietersen added.
