  1. I am 15 years old and I had a reduction about two months ago. I had a 40DD(I was 5'5 and 125lbs.) I went to a plastic surgeon when I was almost 14 and because I was so young, they had me wait one year to be certain my breast were done growing. They measured them both times and because they had only grown a very small amount, I was able to get my surgery when I was 15.

I had almost three pounds of tissue removed. I had much more confidence and my life was a lot less painful. It really did change my life.

    It's definitely an option.

Find a plastic surgeon and schedule an appointment. She might have to wait awhile, but it's worth it.

    Good luck!

  2. thats a very young age but i think she should, double d's are way way way to big for a teen

  3. It's really not recommended until she stops growing as it can cause complications. You never know how big she might get until she's finished growing. I have a friend who's 15 and is a 32F/G, I was only about a C at that age but have since grown to an E/F. You don't know how much more she might grow, it could be a bit more, it could be a lot more. Best to wait until she's older to see. And even then, only if it's causing her health problems (back pain, neck pain) or psychological issues.

  4. nooooo... weell if you really want. people in her school may think it is very weird for her to have it. but if she wants too??

  5. uhhh...SHE'S 14! i'd say NO!

  6. The short answer is yes, it is an option.

However, I don't think it is necessary at 14. The only time it would be necessary is if she has back problems, in which case a good supportive bra would be a huge relief. If she is interested in decreasing herr breast size try exercises that target her chest, which can decrease the amount of fat contained, but also helping to give them a healthy lift.

I have had my experience with a large chest.

    At 13, I was a 34C

    At 14, I was a 34D

At 15, I was a 36D, gained alot of weight and went up to a 36E (larger than a DD)

    At 16, I was a 36DD

    At 17, I was a 34DD.

    At 18, I was still a 34DD.

    And now at 19, I am between a 32 and 34DD.

Exercise and a healthy eating plan helped me alot, I suggest she trys it before signing her up for surgery. There are many risks involved, including, not not limited to; death, b*****s growing back, severe pain, and an uneven chest.

At least wait until she is fully developed before she has the surgery, so that she will be less likely for any risks.

  7. MANY 14 year olds get breast reductions due to their large b*****s causing them back pain.

You should talk to your daughter about it as well as PS's.

I went through it and I don't regret it one bit!

  8. I would say that it could be an option, but what you must remember is that as your daughter is still quite young, she is still growing. Her size may change, she may get larger or smaller. Because of this, many surgeons would be reluctant to operate.

In my opinion, it should also be your daughter's choice whether or not she wants the surgery - and remember, large b*****s are not usually considered a bad thing to have!

As she gets older, she may want the surgery, but for now, I would definitely advise you to not pursue it.
