I need paypal help! This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. what to do?

I cant put in my card! Every time i do i get This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. I dunno how to fixed it. I dont want to call them up is there an ez way. I got my account set up but the card wont work. If it helps im using Amex
