Can a Tourist give birth to her baby in Canada? If so, how much does it cost with hospital stay & such?

My wife & I are planning on visiting Canada (the area close to Niagra Falls) while my wife is pregnant & we think we want to have the baby in Canada? Is that legal? Will the baby become Canadian? How much would the delivery cost?

P.S. If you give the best answer we might name the baby after you.

The best bet is to phone or email a few hospitals in the area and see how much they charge if you don't have insurance.
