Which airlines will let me travel from manchester (england) to moscow (russia) at the age of 17 without an adult?

The best airline price and time wise is Brussels Airlines. They have a flight with an 1hr 10min layover in Brussels, for a total travel time of 6hrs an 10mins, and it is pretty cheap, only $639 roundtrip.

In google type Dial-A-Flight I booked with them when I was 16 (1 year ago) and they had no problems

You may not be able to fly there from Manchester, it might be better to check out other airports too.

Almost all airline end their unaccompanied minor services at age 16, so you can travel by yourself regardless.  I'd look at British Airways as they offer the nicest flight on this route =]
