Don't you think  you should confine your question to a smaller locale  than the whole USA? If you were in CT,Mickey Hawkes  of Madison would be the best source for any golf cart, new , used or reconditioned. A very reputable gentleman, representing reputable brands at reasonable prices.

If you're asking about gas- or electric-powered riding carts, I suggest contacting local courses in your immediate area.

Chances are a course near you will have recently or is currently planning to replace a few, many, or all of their fleet of carts. If you can get the ear of a high-ranking employee, they may be able to cut you a really good deal on a cart that has been chosen for replacement. June is in the middle of the season, so you may want to wait until late fall or early spring to try to catch them during a change.

One more tip: people are usually a lot more willing to deal with you if they know up front what they're going to get out of the deal. You can do a lot to sweeten the deal for the course; asking for promotional materials to distribute (flyers or business cards) or anything else that implies your satisfaction with the purchase will increase their business.
