What kind of bicycle do I have?

It's a mountain bike, just like it says on the frame. Mountain bikes are generally unisex.  The frame is designed for strength, not to accomodate a skirt.

LOL. It's a low end wannabe mountain bike. I've never seen one that said "mountain bike" on it.

It's probably from a big box store like Walmart...

It's not gender specific...

yeah mountain bikes tend to be unisex so you are safe there. As far as brand it doesn't look too good of a bike.because I've never seen a mountain bike that says "mountain bike" on it. Probably some walmart bike
