  1. Diesel Is for big vehicles. That'swhy 18-wheelers, school buses, and boats MOSTLY run on diesel.

  3. diesel engines don't have spark plugs, they are compression ignition rather than spark ignition, ie they have a much higher compression ratio which causes a lot of heat which ignites the fuel.  if you put diesel into a petrol engine you'd probably just stuff up your fuel system and need to do some serious flushing after.  i doubt the engine would run-  the spark wouldn't be hot enough and the compression wouldn't be high enough for ignition.

  4. gasoline is a more refined petroleum product than diesel and the two are not interchangeble   they have different flash points and compression tolerances
