What can i do to prevent my daughter from getting influenza from her father she is only 3 months old ?

just got back from the hospital and they said that my hubby had influenza and that myself and my daughter would definitely get it, I'm really worried and when i asked the dr what he reccomends he was really rude and short with me. plus he said half the town was down with it OMG

You might not be able to keep her from getting it but the best thing to do is to keep on breastfeeding especially if you get it your baby will get your antibodies and be able to fight the infection faster with your help. As far as prevention, Just keep things clean, practice good hygiene,  and make sure your husband washes his hands every time before holding your baby.
