Has Waqar Younis been named as the new Pakistan coach? I’ve heard reports he has. Does anyone have details?

Waqar has been named as Intikhab Alam’s replacement as Pakistan coach. At this stage it looks like he’s been appointed at this stage to coach the team through to, and including, the 2011 World Cup.
