Usbflash drive

Question

everytime i insert my flash drive a message pops p telling me that my device could run faster at 2.0 if i had it tuned up. my motherboard is an asrock gpro, i think it's not fitted with usb 2.0 when i bought it. can you improve it? thanks a lot.
