Sweet 16 party food idea?

Question

well for my 16th i am haveing a dinner party with 14 close friends

Its an over all theme of new rave, so basicly bright colours

and then everyone also has an individul theme

e.g someone will be a pirate, but then has to make it new rave in some sort of way

any good ideas for a starter and a main course

want it to sort of stick to birghtly coloured or cool looking, but if not, something lot f people are likely to like
