Pakistan off-spinner http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Saeed-Ajmal-c87859 said on Monday that the much-awaited India-Pakistan ICC World Cup 2011 semi-final would be a test of their bowling prowess against the batting line-up of India.
“We've got a few plans up our sleeve,” said Ajmal while talking to the media reporters in Mohali. “I see the match as a battle between our bowling line-up and their batting line-up.”
The off-spinner, who has played in only two of Pakistan’s seven World Cup games so far, said that Pakistan’s bowling is their strength while their opponents would rely on the well-settled and experienced batting line-up. However, he said
that India’s batsmen would find it tough to counter the spin arsenal of Pakistan.

The Mohali crowd is expected to play a crucial role on Wednesday but Ajmal declined the talks that the Pakistan players would be distracted by the packed crowd.
“My philosophy is simple. It doesn't matter where you are playing or who the opposition is - if you let the crowd or atmosphere disrupt your performance, then you don't deserve to be playing at the highest level of cricket,” said the off-spinner.
When asked about the strategy Pakistan team is likely to adopt against their nemesis, Ajmal said that they have a few plans up their sleeve and will surprise the opposition on that day.
Talking about an adequate total to win the game, the spin bowler said that if they got to bat first, they will try to set a target of 300 plus runs and if the hosts batted first they would try their best to restrict them to a total less
than 250.
