Itunes Help??????????

Question

I inserted a blank CD-R disc into my computer. I went into itunes to try to burn a playlist onto the disc. My computer ejected the disc and the following message came up

The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (2131)

I have tried this with several discs/playlists with the same results

Help!!!!!! Has this ever happened to anyone before and what do I do??????

Try a full restart.

It could be the type of disc you have bought there are different types.

Check the disks work in somebody else's computer and also see if another brand of CD will let you burn it. Also check your preferences for burning in iTunes.

either your disc isnt blank or there is a problem with your burner
