i wanna know how far the castello aragonese from the hotel that is located in the beach area?what is the other places that is advisable to visited which is walking distant only from the castello aragonese or any museum and the name of museum?is there store,church or restaurant that is near in the castello aragonese in Reggio calabria italy?if there is church pls give me the name of the church.looking forward from reply and thank you so much...

  1. I'm from Reggio Calabria. I've visited the castello but it is opened only during art exhibitions and just a few rooms. If it's not a problem for you, I suggest that you should visit it after road works are finished but I don't know when (I think a pair of months).

    It is not far from the beach (more and less 10-15 min on foot).

    You can also visit the Nation Archaelogic Museum of Magna Graecia where you can see the Bronzi of Riace, have a walk along the sea front and the Corso Garibaldi (with lots of shops).

    About Churches, you can visit the Duomo and the Cattolica dei Greci (near the Castello).
