I have low blood problem and i am pregnante too how to increase my blood and which food i have to take

before pregnancy i have same problem but i did not check please tell me a good diet which help me to get out of it.

  1. Yes, lots of food high in iron.  Especially fresh (safe) seafood, red meat and green leafy vegetables, beans and dhal.  Also, always try to eat your meals with vitamin C (cook those foods with tomatoes or drink orange just after your meal) as this increases absorption.

    However, if you had low iron before pregnancy, it's probably a really good idea to take a supplement that has iron in it - I use "pregnatal" which I think is available in most places in the world and has iron it it, but that wasn't enough so I also now have to take a liquid supplement.

    Just alert your doctor to the fact that you have had problems with low blood, and they should do checks throughout your pregnancy to let you know how you are going.

  2. yeah get lots of iron and make sure your drinking plenty of water.  this is really something you should be discussing with your doctor.  there's probably a certain amount (mg) of iron he/she wants to make sure your getting everyday.  you could get it in pill form or by eating the right foods.
