Can you get asthma from second hand smoke?

Oh my yes!

After using my inhalers,  I can't use them again for 4 hours. It has happened many times that after taking them, I suddenly get a whif of smoke and I have to suffer for 4 hours before I can take any again.

All smoke is an irritant to the lungs, even to people who are not asthmatic.  For us asthmatics, our lungs are sensitive to irritants of many kinds, especially smoke.  My advice is to stay away from 2nd hand smoke as much as you can.

Yes, you can get Asthma from 2nd hand smoke.

A Respiratory Therapist is who diagnoses Asthma or other lung/breathing issues.
