Best way to tone up stomach?

I want to tone up around my middle but are not too sure how to go about this without joining a gym.

What exercises can I do? Cardio etc?

Also at what points in the day should I do these? At home I have a sit up machine thing... and one of those things that you stand on and turn from side to side (as you see I'm not very down with the gym lingo)

I'm 17 and 5"4 if this helps anything? I eat healthy foods and am probably getting my 5 a day most days! Are there any foods that aid weight loss?

  4. dont drink water just after the meal, and dont think too much about it try simple exercises, you are beautiful  

  5. the best way is to use a litre bottle of water in ewach hand and hold up for 20 secs and then put it down and then repeat until 20 x each day u can even do it infront of the telly!

  6. do stomach excersizes in your bedroom such as sit ups.  press ups.  another one where you lie on your back and instead of sitting up you life your bum up.  wen you do all these excersizes do them with your tummy pulled in.  maybe to 20 of each thing twice like i do and i promise with in the first time you do that your tummy should feel harder but with in a few weeks of doing it you will see a bigger change. you should drink 8 pints of water a day.  that may seem alot but it will fill you up for most of the day.
