One of the top most tennis players from Belgium, Kim Antonie Lode Clijsters was born on 8th June, 1983. Justin Henin who is another Belgium took a reluctant move towards her first title at Wimbledon when she went through her clash of the second round against Kristina Barrois in a 6-3 7-5 match set.

However, Henin appeared stronger and composed after her first match of the tournament and utilized her speed and the strength of the ground hit to clear her way while playing against the ranked 73 in the world within a period of about 32minustes and 60 seconds. She will face Nadia Petrova who is seeded Number 12 in this tournament for a battle towards the round Number 4 of Wimbledon 2010. Nadia who is a Russian tennis ace has made her way into the third round by beating Chan Yung-Jan in a 6-3 6-4 match set.

In another match, Venus Williams, the older sister of World Number 1 Serena Williams smashed Ekaterina Makarova in her third round contest through a  6-0 6-4 match set.

As far as the Belgium Kim Clijsters is concerned, she will definitely take a happy bag of memories back home if she continues with her present form and game.
