    So your answer in short is:  Walking slow and walking fast will burn calories, and that is the main goal.  Total calories burned will translate to burned fat.  The more burned fat, the closer you get to shedding those trouble spots.  

  3. you need to walk briskly, get the heart rate up to 140 and keep it up there for thirty minutes, and it must be done daily.
