Just write his address as follows:

His name

Street and number

Postcode Antwerp

BELGIUM

Then pop to your postoffice and depending on the weight you can buy the right amount of stamps and send it.

You have a choice of several options which method to send it

(a) Airmail

(b) Airsure®

(c) International Signed For™

Hi,

I'd put a "B-" (for Belgium) in front of the postcode for Antwerp.

Antwerp is a city composed of different districts : each one has its own postcode.  You can write either the name of the district, either the name of Antwerp, after the postcode.  

List of districts and associated postcodes :

Antwerp : 2000, 2018, 2020, 2030, 2050, 2060 : center of the city

Berendrecht - Zandvliet - Lillo (Antwerp) : 2040

Deurne (Antwerp) : 2100

Borgerhout (Antwerp) : 2140
