I need help finding help to pay for attorney fees, or probono [not sure if the spelling is right] ai?

My nephew shot someone he knew. The guy barged into his home and started attacking him, and when the guy put his forearm over his throat, he finally got him off, and seen him coming back. He looked up and saw his pistol and fired to scare him, not kill him. Now the D.A. has expunged someones felony [that got charged with months after the incident], to lie on my nephews case, so they can hang him. HELP, HELP

I am in the same boat.  Only my case is over custody.  My exhusband ran with my daughter to VT and I need $2000.00 to pay an attorney to get her back!  I have tried everything to get the money and now I am going to sell my only vehicle.  I haven't seen her in 5 years because he keeps running.  I hope to have her back soon.  Know any one who will do a title loan??  I have tried business and I need a private person with a kind heart.
