I Just Got A New Lip Piercing On Sunday And It Is Now Wednesday... ?

i went to a tattoo place and got a lip piercing... a ring. well something happened and i went to the place n got them to take it out for me. how long will it take for it to heal and for me to get a new one 5 mm beside the old piercing?

I advise clients to wait 4-6 weeks before getting re-pierced.

When you get it re-done, I would suggest having a labret post as initial jewelry, they are much better for healing since they move less and any rings used must be very big to accommodate swelling (which interferes with healing)
