How do i make a water nymph??

i want to make a cute water nymph out of clay but i cant find any photos of an adorible one. i want to make one that has big cute eyes, kinda looks like a frog, and really cute.

If you want to sculpt a charcater with big eyes and need inspiration, I would suggest looking at "Precious Moments" figurines or female characters from Japanese manga and/or Anime, as those art forms tend to have lots of "cute" characters.
