Is there a way to get site links under our site at google searching? I don't want to go with paid links

There is nothing we could do with site links to come up in search results under your site. Because site links are generated based on Google algorithm. Also the site links are limited to 8 links to your site if this is been displayed. This comes up in search results only when more number of visitors come to that page directly from any search engine. Also by considering some other factors the site link is being displayed.

Example if u have a site http://www.example.com and there is a page demo.html. If more more number of visitors visit your site directly http://www.example.com/demo.html from search engines and if search engines founds that this (demo.html) pages is more useful and most searched by the visitors. Then Google will display site links to your site.

One site links are displayed to your site we can limit which links to be displayed under site in search results. This can be done in http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
