Got auto loan approval, but No driver license can i register car?

Question

Ok i got a pre approval threw my credit union for a new car, but i have no license and the car will be driven by my sister for now but i will be driving once i get my license in a couple of months. so can i buy the car at the dealer and add my sister on the registration paper work and let her get the insurance etc and add me later? i can't add her to the loan cause i already applied and was approverd for it.
