Planning a trip to go up to Killington, VT late in March. The dates are 3/26 to 3/30. I plan to do some snowboarding and snowmobiling when I'm up there. Anyone know from past experiences how the conditions generally are? I know each year is different with weather but is there any historical data? Thanks for any input.

  1. Dude i go to KILLL all the time and its sick sick sick in March> you will have a blast..  Cant really say much more, if killington is open then its sick and HUGE Have fun dudde~~!!

  2. you're in luck especially this year for a trip that late..at worst it will be spring conditions but with this years base the snow will hold up well, at best it will be snowy (march is very snowy historically, check out the link); last year in maine we skiied thru april and had 100 inches between 2 noreasters(killinttonarea had similar snowfall amts).  not sure about your snowmobile chances though-the slki resorts could at least make snow to supplement
