English/chinese translation?

Question

how can i say " as fast as possible"? is it ok just to say

最快最好?

also i would like to say "I need the address that the teachers that are coming from the UK are going to stay at in Beijing". can i say我需要从苏格兰来的人在北京要住地方的地址 or does that not make sense?
