Does America have an extradition treaty with any countries for people with credit card debt who have left the country or is credit card debt something you can get away with if you leave the USA without fear of anyone coming after you?

  1. Unless fraud is proven, credit card debt is a civil matter.  They will not extradite for that.  At best, they would have to find you and sue you in your new country.....but then collection is next to impossible.

If you plan on coming back...well...that's a whole different matter.

  2. lol they're not going to extradite you over any kind of debt, well I don't know about taxes, but I know they wouldn't do it for credit cards haha you can't get arrested for any kind of debt, why do people think that?
