Charles Manson's next parole hearing is in 2012. What are his chances of being released at that time?

I would think they are slim. But he might just get so old and infirm that they release him to a hospital or old folks home or something.

Will he get out?

He is not  a murder... They want us to think that cos he is a Political prissioner... so, nope, I do not think he is going out, this piggys wont let him

 You must be stupid or something because Charles Manson will get out when he rots in jail.

He committed atrocious crimes and they may not have been by his hands but he did have a huge part in the murders by planning them. thats called premeditated murder and he is and always will be a menace to society.

 ye of little faith. his next parole meeting is in 2012. maybe he'll get released along with the legen of darkness. personally i hope he does get released.  he was charged with 7 counts of first degree murder but he didnt even kill anyone. people are responsible for their own actions no matter what. im not saying what he  did was right but hes serving time for a crime he didnt commit. they could have at least charged him for the right crime. by the way atkins is dead.
