  1. well  you should do the jail workout AKA burpees...

Burpees are jump high up (hands should go as high up as possible) get down to squat position, sprawl out into push-up position, do a SLOW, GOOD, push-up and then get back into a sprawl posion and jump up (repeat)

MAKE SURE YOU DO EVERYTHING EXCEPT PUSH-UP As FAST AS POSSIBLE!!!

OPTION: if you think you're a real tough guy then have a pull-up bar their (or something like it) and when you jump up do a pull-up...

That'll get almost everything in shape doing a lot of them...

    hope I helped!!!!!!!!!!

  2. In a gym well here goes the key word is endurance which really means times so warm up 1'st light running round the gym then gradually build speed for say 5/10 Min's

Duration of activity should not be less than 20 MMin's (40 mins is the ideal) I think I would do a circuit after the warm up which would include skipping say 2 minute change overs then just increase activity time against rest time everything should be done at no less than 65% of maximum heart rate so basically with effort cool down should be a slowish jog shadow boxing is always a fun way to cool down say 2/3 Min's then a little stretching to finish off Hope this if not helps at least puts you in the right direction

Remember your aim for the heart to provide oxygen to the muscles for a prolonged period of time

  3. In a room, thats hard. You should really run and weight lift. Uper body, dont work out your legs if you are a distance runner.

  4. Jumping Rope

Holding your breath for extended period

    Swimming

    Aerobics

    Yoga (Believe it or not)

Umm thats all I can think of at the moment...

  5. 8 exercises in the gym. I'm assuming its like an empty sports hall or is there gym equipment? Well if its empty you could try these:

Warm up running laps of the gym - put a cone 2m in from each corner and run round the outsides of the cones

Shuttle Runs - set up 2 cones, a little in from the end of the hall, and sprint up and down between them as fast as you can. You can change this to be a bleep test if you want.

Skipping the length of the hall or fast skipping on the spot

Exercises like star jumps. squat thrusts, press ups, good for muscles and cardio

Don't know if a game of 5 a side would count or work? Its a good workout

Now I'm running out of ideas of individual cardio exercises, though you could include games and sports such as the 5 a side, badminton etc... which also give you a work out (If you can do that)

  6. Just go outside and run.  A bit of sunlight wont kill you.

  7. Burpees is the only one you'll need
