  1. I am sure that T-rex would win. Look at that massive head and the bigger muscle build. I agrea with that other guy that the heads at the same hight was a huge thing. So lets look at that spine, it had no use in battle insept cooling that spinosuars body down. If we take that away you have a fish eating dino with weak jaws because they are long and flimsy, not very much muscle because it is only eating fish and doesn't need to be that tough. A fragile long body with its head naturaly down so is useless and legs ment for chasing fish not for combat. On the other side you have a big braod mouthed T-rex with legs that could countain a struggling Triceratops and is used to big dino combat. Plus those supposedly useless arms which could curl 400lbs easy. I mean the Spino certainly looked big and bad, "looked". But the T-rex was the stacked team in the game of biological weapons.

  2.  hi there first i like to tell you that if this fight really happen who would win Spino or Rex.First we see there advatages and disadvantages,Spino is bigger than Rex.Second, Rex has a stronger bite force while Spino's bite force is about the same as a crocodile.Third, Spino is more faster and agile than Rex.Fourth, Spino has big muscular arms with huge claw that could slice through armored skin and able to swipe with a force of 4500-5000 psi while Rex's arms are small and useless.Fifth, Spino' teeth are designed to pierce, punchure, hold and grip prey while Rex's teeth are designed to crush bone, tearing and searing prey.Which means that when Spino's teeth sink in it doesn't let go while Rex's teeth could tear meat and crush bone.Sixth, Spino can live in harsh conditions and in water due to its sail that maintains its body temperature unlike Rex that can't live in harsh conditions or in water.Seventh, Spino lived in africa and had faced a bigger theropod than Rex which is Carcharodontosaurus and both competed for the same food source which is Paralatitan (a big sauropod).Eighth, Spino's skull is 6 feet long narrow croc-like skull while Rex's skull is 5 feet long and wide. Spinosaurus will surely win with T-rex.

  3. Contrary to what most believe, t.rex would most likely to have won if the match would've ever taken place. In Jp3 the t.rex kicked off the fight with a gruesome neck bite and slam. In reality, this would've easily been enough to stop a spinosaurus because they were built lightly, and even stronger built dinosaurs couldn't withstand a bite to the neck from t.rex. However, due to movie expectations and high hopes of another large predator, jp replaced t.rex with a SEEMINGLY more dominant dino. I am one of the most avid jp fans ever, but when I saw that great injustice I was deeply upset. As a result, I began to do personal research for years, and I have uncovered great mistakes within the movie and common accepted beliefs. Just for the record, jp isn't even close to being entirely accurate, and here's why you can't base who'd win off of the movie. Go to the bonus materials, and go research online, and you will see that both the t.rex and spino were larger in real life, then they were on the dinosaur turntables. Also, the velociraptor in jp is actually the size of a deinonychus, a velociraptor is no where near the size of a man. Jack Horner, one of the dino experts that tremendously impacted the reality of the film, once said that t.rex had extremely poor vision, recent studies show the exact opposite. Folks, Horner is a dino expert but he makes mistakes to, its quite possible that he made another one with the spino vs t.rex battle. If you don't believe me just read along.
Recent studies from 2007-2010 suggest that t.rex was not primarily a scavenger, but an opportunistic feeder, somewhat like a hyena. They are certainly built to hunt, hence (the strongest jaws of any dinosaur, powerful little arms for gripping, and strong muscular legs for pinning down prey. Think about it, if t.rex was just a scavenger, why would it need the strongest jaws of any dinosaur, and massive leg muscles. If that weren't enough, t.rex ACTUALLY had excellent binocular vision shown from recent studies. What most people don't know about t.rex is that those little arms were actually quite powerful, these arms were used for helping the animal get up, and clinching moving prey. Once t.rex got you in its powerful LITTLE arms, where you were really close to its head, you couldn't get away because of the sharp hooks on the hands. After this, the rex would kill you in one massive bite, instantly crushing your spinal cord. The short hands were actually a great weapon, rather than a commonly accepted defect. T.rex also had one of the greatest senses of smell of any dinosaur, it was able to smell prey miles away. With all these highly sophisticated adaptations and a truly monstrous size, it is foolish to believe that t.rex was primarily a scavenger. Yes it did scavenge when a rotting carcass was in front of it, however, if it could catch something in its jaws and crush it, it would do that to. There is evidence of t.rex fighting each other, and killing other dinosaurs due to massive and often fatal bite wounds.
Spinosaurus on the other hand, is believed by popularity to have been primarily a predator, but this may be false as well. If you mean PREDATOR as in fish eater then yes, but recent studies also show that spino may have been an opportunistic feeder as well. If anything, spino may have been just as much as a scavenger as a t.rex was, reason being is for the following:

Spino had straight teeth with no serrations, almost all major predators have serrations. (sharks, large theropod dinos etc.)

Spinos jaws and teeth suggest that it was unsuited for killing large prey or even prey its size, its relatively narrow jaws and mediocre teeth seem to be excellent for catching fish, but unsuited for big hunting.
Another thing, some people keep trying to say that spino has powerful jaws like a crocodile, but just because spino shares a similar jaw structure to crocodiles, doesn't mean it had the same bite power. In fact, I haven't even come across a book or article that said that spino had such jaws as strong as a crocodile. Im sure its jaws were powerful, but were not strong enough to kill huge prey like a t.rex, giganotosaurus, or even an allosaurus would.
It should also be noted that since spinosaurus was a scavenger, it is possible that it could've eaten large prey, however, not hunted it. I have yet to read an article saying that spino killed a large dino, in fact, very little is even known about spino. Most of what we know about it killing and being a deadly predator, is based off of assumption. Unlike t.rex, i haven't even seen any written or documented evidence that spino caused a deadly wound to any animal, however, it may have. My point is just because spino is the largest meat eating dinosaur doesn't mean its the meanest. Do you realize, that spinos great size could've been so it could hunt one of its favorite meals, a giant sawfish. Giant sawfish are still around today, and can be as big as a suburban truck, (around 18ft.), such big prey, would nead a big predator to feed off of it.
Another point that should be made is that spino was big and looked vicious with huge jaws and claws like an ultimate predator, but could've actually only been aggressive towards certain animals it felt comfortable taking down or preferred to eat. A perfect example in todays time, is an alligator gar. It looks as if it is the most evil creature with huge alligator-like jaws, tough scales that are nearly impenetrable, and insanely wicked sharp teeth, however, it has been proven on video footage, that it isn't as aggressive or as mean as it looks. A fish would be torn to bits, but a person, as long as they don't provoke an attack, are often ignored by this fish. In fact, when Jeremy Wade dove with them, they actually swam away from him trying to escape. Keep in mind that an alligator gar, is a dangerous lethal killer to fish, but can be harmless to humans. On the other hand a smaller, but equally feared fish the barracuda, is notoriously know for attacking humans. The irony in the point i'm making, is that if you look at the alligator gar, you'd think it was more deadly because it has a longer snout, is larger, and looks meaner, however, the barracuda is actually far more aggressive NATURALLY to humans than the alligator gar. This corresponds with the fact that spino had longer arms, longer jaws, was bigger, and looked meaner, and in the publics eyes was like the alligator gar, relatively speaking. In my opinion, the t.rex is the barracuda in this situation, because it has more proof in its favor of actually being aggressive, and not just having a name based off of its looks like spino. I believe t.rex, would've been more of a threat, and a serious dino than spino.
I say t.rex would probably win due to its biological weapons like jaw strength, muscle size, heavier build, sense of smell, and eye sight. Yes spino was faster, but in a fight of large animals, they would mainly be worried about biting each other to death, rather than running around each other. I should also mention, that spino was much longer than t.rex, t.rex being anywhere between 39-45ft. and spino being between 40-50ft. and one report of 60? However, spino's head height and t.rex's head height were nearly the same, spino was just taller because his spine stuck up. This is significant because this would determine how the animals would bite each other, since their heads are the same height, they both would have equal advantage, in this case length wouldn't matter as much. Height matters more for dinos because they general bite on the back of the neck.
My verdict is, if you like movies, and believe most of what you see, then go with spino, but if you like factual evidence, you consider the physiological and anatomical, and you look at the evidence that is known rather than assumptions, then go for t.rex.

  4. hi there first i will like to tell ya that iy fight would have been naturally impossible because spinosaurus aygepticus(which was the most famous and big) lived in eygpt and Tyrannosaurus-Rex in north america.. but spinosaurus was bigger and was much fast because its bones were light and were designed to walk in the most dense environment as it waded through swamps for fish(fish at those times were not salmons an tunas they were huge! as huge as great white sharks!).trex was a scavenger and not a hunter (75% scavenger and 25% hunter because it killed only weak and dying animals).the trex had very small and weak arms while the spinosaur had big and massive arms.trex jaws were designed to rip of rotting flesh but spinosaurs were like crocodiles and were use to deliver a massive  neck bite holding the prey with its arm.and if the battle takes place in a harsh enviornment(like extreme cold or heat) its the spinosaurs battle it will own th trex because its huge fin like stucture on its back minatains its body temprature while the trex will get tiered easily. and if its foliage grown area theits the spinosaur again because its feet are designed to walk in such environment.the tyrannosaur is almost blind and had a strong sense of smell to scent rotting food.so the spinosaur wins. but remeber this kind of balltle never occured. mail me at dragonmasterneel@gmail.com so that i can send u the compaison picture.(: happy to answer anymore dinosaur queries send me  a mail!
