Remember to act your age.  Nothing worst than a mother trying to act like her daughter.  Actually sounds like you are back on the dating circuit. At 49 you were old enough to wear minis the the first time, so you are too old for this time. Unless you are trying to be a Cougar a 20 inch skirt wore with flats would be about as short as I wouyld go because at your age your hips have spread and the back of the skirt rides higher then the front by an inch or two in normal walking.  Adding stilletos will tighten up your butt and legs for a nice look however with high heels when you bend forward the world will see your panties, unless that is your goal.  My advice is keep the minis for in the bedroom when you get the guy home. This way the quality of the guys will be  keepers.
