i have sunburn on my shoulders and keep getting goosebumps on my shoulders

Hi jeff Right now i have sunburn like crazy so itchy but dont pick at your skin or anything infections could happen (only if you pick at it for hours) if it's really itchy like mad itchy and goosebumps like me all the time well then you got about 3-6 days till it's over around the 4th and 5th day your skin will peel off (i have this right now) dont pick it let it fall off it's self i found when i woke off it just fell off onto the bed or if still itchy mad when your skin is peeling just peel the skin off not fast though just slowely.I have pulled about half mine off and other half im letting fall of it's self it feel's good though hope ya get betta
