extra sensitivity and hole in gum after 5 weeks of molar extraction

had an lower left 6 taken out 5 weeks ago and the outside of gum is stil swollen no pain gum nearly filled in but this swollen gum like a paste on outer gum is annoying went and got flagyl-s for it on it now inner of the gum has like a slit bone fragment that cant move
