An educational culinary Arts lab should have individual work station for the students and aslo a full fleged demonstation cooking work station for the chef-instructor with an overhead angled mirror for all the students to see the process of the dish making standing at thier stations so that they can also start the process seeing the chef-instructor. Above all a good educational culinary arts lab will be designed to cater to the type of the cuisine in which the students are expected to undergo the training.
