did sonnen ped allegation affect his performance?

sonnen outboxed silva which has nothing to do with strength its all skills. on the ground he controlled him and punished him all that was was his wrestling skills and ground and pound. now if sonnen wouldve tko'ed him or knock him out or throw him around with suplexes or other throws then i would admit his ped affected it. he simply used it for medical attention and ill bet if sonnen fights silva again there wont be a difference. the only difference would be sonnen getting his hand raised.
