can 't connect to icq chat? QUESTION: i have window vista since they updated it i can't get

I have been going to that icq chat rooms for a while now and suddenly it says connected and then says not connected and does it again and again.....i have also use xchat link given above but i dont know how to  get into those icq rooms .....please guide me on that.......like i used to go to rooms such as students travel or india ....how do i  go to those rooms from xchat
