I am going to buy a set of Rogers 1847 Reflection 1959 8 piece setting.  They want $200.00.  Is this fair value.  I can't seem to find a value anywhere expect at a replacement website per piece.

I have a wm Rogers Star and Eagle marking pattern 7672. Silver serving tray round about 16 inches. What is the pattern name for this tray and is it sterling?

I have a pie server with the same markings on it with an addition mark of IS . It has a single rose at the end of the handle with the rose stem going all the way down the handle. The main part of the server is a design cut out of it.
