On the other hand, Rafael’s coach Toni Nadal who is also his uncle while commenting on his knee injury said that it has improved a lot better as compared to Saturday when the 2008 tournament defender was given a therapy by a trainer during break while returning to defeat the German Philipp Petzschner who is seeded thirty three in the round number three of the tournament with a 6-4, 4-6, 6-7 (5), 6-2, 6-3 match set.

It was Rafa’s second five set success in a row, the only time Nadal has ever had two clashes got the lapse too soon at a Grand Slam event.

The Spaniard tennis ace was seen hitting soon after lunch on Sunday during a glamorous practice session. The big man, Roger Federer was probably nineteen and a half feet distance from Nadal on the same court where as Andy Roddick, the American was seen practicing on the left side of Nadal while Robin Soderling as well as Novak Djokovic met in a tiebreaker for mere enjoyment in the vicinity.

After the Sunday break, play will recommence today with all of the sixteen male and female tennis stars contesting in the fourth round clashes of Wimbledon 2010. The second seeded Rafael Nadal will meet the player from France, Paul Henri Mathieu who is ranked number sixty six in his today’s match.

“I expect and believe he can fight without any issues”, said Rafa’s coach and uncle Toni Nadal. ‘All we are thinking is about the challenger, but not the injury at present”.

Undoubtedly, his nephew's injury has been a question of debate since long. Nadal missed the last season of one of the four Grand Slam Tournaments, Wimbledon as a result of tendinitis in both of his knees thus marking his name in the history of the tournament as being the fifth character who couldn’t manage to defend his title.

As a result of pain in one of his knees, Nadal called a day off while playing in the quarter final match versus Andy Murray in the Australian Open Championship. Rafa admitted Saturday that he has been tackling his knee problems pretty well this season.

“I do not want to comment in that perspective”, said Nadal, “as when you fall down, it more or less seems like a justification”.

According to the World Number One player Rafael Nadal, he was given a therapy on one of his knees after triumphing at Monte Carlo later with a title to his name earlier this April. However, he couldn’t find enough time to get the same therapy done on his second knee.

He wiped out proceeding 22-0 and snatching four trophies during the European clay-court season, along with his fifth trophy at the French Open Championship in particular as well as seventh Grand Slam tournament in general.

Nadal’s doctor, Angel Ruiz Cotorro while commenting on Nadal’s knee injury said that a new therapy will be given to the right knee of Nadal once the tournament is over.  It will help in recovering the restoration of the muscles, he added.

After watching Rafa practicing on the court at the All England Club yesterday, Angel Ruiz said that the knee has recovered to a great extent, but he will give a serious look to it during his match against Paul-Henri Mathieu on Monday when all the action will resume at the All England Club.

Nonetheless, Nadal if stays all fit is one of the few contesters who could dare the big man, Roger Federer in this year’s Wimbledon edition.
