Will insect foggers kill bats?

and what are some ways to kill bats that doesnt involve touching them

nothing seems to work!!  Relocate my hinny!! I cant plug all the out going holes in a giant shed.  There are hundreds and hundreds.  Cant even park the convertable in the shed with the top down as there is so much Rat droppings.  They life in the attic of the shed and any given day there are many half dead bats flopping around in the tool boxs, buckets etc...what do i do??
