Actually, they just might.  The L-XL fits 60-110+ lbs (27-50+kg).  There's hope.  And lucky for you they come in boxer style.

My four year old wears those - they come in bigger sizes - i think the biggest size is to fit a heavy 12 year old, so they might fit you if you're on the thinner side.
