Will at&t let me reopen account?

I owe at&t money from when I was 18 years old and opened a cell phone account. Now I am 24 and I want an iPhone. If I pay at&t the money I owe them will they let me reopen my account?

They may if you ask them.  But they may want a deposit and/or automatic payment plan.  It is also possible that they won't remember you and will open a new account without asking for any back payments (unless you try to get the old phone number back.)
