Why are people cold when outside in cold weather but not cold in air conditioning at the same temperature??

and hot outside in heat but fine when its the same temperature with the heat on??

It all depends if there is wind outside or not.  You will feel the same in or out if there is no wind.  Wind is what makes your body feel the difference.  That is the chill that you feel.

umm i dont know, i just know im not that way, i hate being cold outside or inside with the air on. i still feel the heat when the heat is on but i dont turn it up so much that its unbearable....just at a good temp.
