  3. An atheist is not to be condemned for what they profess. At least God has not condemned them. The very fact that there are there are little crime rate and the society is by and large crime free and the government is doing its best to care its people shows that the people are worthy of God's benevolence, even if most of them deny His existence. It is not the profession of your faith in God rather than your conduct and character that are going to determine whether you are worthy of His grace.
