Which London Hotel has a whisky bar?

I read a while ago that one of the top London hotels has a bar with over 150 different whisky's. I'd love to tak my father there as an Easter treat. But which hotel is it?

I don't know about the hotels (though the Rivoli at the Ritz has a well stocked bar) but 'Milroys Whiskey Bar' next to the g*y Hussar in Greek Street (nearest Tube Tottenham Court Road) has an amazing selection, the staff are knowlegable and helpful and you can spot the odd celeb in there from time to time...
