Where is the best paella in barcelona??

I'm not sure whether I got the name correct.paella is some kind of seafood with rice, is it??Correct me if I'm wrong.Where is the best restaurant to go to for it in barcelona?My friend said somewhere near the beach/port is nice, is it true?

Can Majo on beach.  Difficult to top.  Picar picar starters and traditional paellas done to perfection...
